Health, wellness and fitness isn’t just about lifting weights and hitting your goals in the gym – it’s about finding balance both physically and mentally. There’s no better way to do this than by getting out into nature. Whether it’s a simple walk or a longer hike, spending time outdoors has a way of clearing your mind, lowering stress, and boosting your mood. 🌳
Coach Matt, our resident physio, coach and all around great guy has set a challenge for all of us: Get into nature! Whether you’re a casual walker or up for a challenge, we’ve got a list of local tracks that will inspire you to get moving. The best part? All of these walks are within 30 minutes of Landsdale!
