This January, we’re tackling the Golden Habits challenge together. We’re going to clean up your lifestyle, reboot your metabolism, and sharpen your focus. This is the Golden Habits Challenge, and it’s your chance to reset, rebuild, and recharge with the power of a community behind you.

Here’s the deal: to change your life, you have to start with your habits. You become the things you do regularly so let’s make those things count. For 30 days, we’ll focus on these four pillars:
- 0 Sweet Treats
- 8 hours of sleep
- 60 Minutes of Daily Movement
- 250 Words of Journaling Each Day, or read one chapter
