Semi-Private sessions are like having the best of both worlds: personal attention with the energy of a small group. In these sessions, the workouts are built specifically for you. Instead of a generalised class, your training is customised around your personal goals – whether that’s strength, mobility, or conditioning.
How Semi-Private Helps You Progress Faster
Classes follow what we call a General Physical Preparedness (GPP) program, which is fantastic for building a strong foundation of fitness. However, when you’re laser-focused on one specific goal – like strength or mobility – personalised programming can help you get there faster.
SPT focuses on:
✔ Specific Programming: Your workouts are tailored to your unique needs, making each session targeted and efficient.
✔ Targeted Strength Gains: Spend more time focused on the exercises and movement patterns that directly contribute to your goals.
✔ Smaller Group, More Attention: With fewer people in each session (max 4 people), you get more feedback, more personalised adjustments, and more opportunities to push forward.
Flexible Training Times
We know life is busy, so we offer new training times to fit your schedule:
📅 Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 3:45pm – A 45-minute express session designed to help you build lean muscle and burn fat. These sessions run alongside our kids’ program, so if you have a little one and want to train while they do, this is the perfect class for you!
📅 Tuesday, Thursday, Friday @ 8am-9am – More customised training to match your goals!
Need a different time? Let us know! We do our best to accommodate groups – whether it’s friends, family, colleagues, or fellow members – so you can train at a time that works best for you.
