Innerbloom Youth is different. We build the physical and mental foundation underneath everything else. The strength, coordination, resilience, and self-belief that makes your child better at every sport they play, more confident in every room they walk into, and more prepared for whatever comes next.

Our programs use age appropriate strength and conditioning, not scaled down adult workouts. Every movement is coached, every load is appropriate, and every session builds on the last.

We don’t ask for a commitment before your child has even set foot on the floor.

Start with a single trial session. Let them try it, feel it, and decide for themselves.

CrossFit Kids (ages 5–11): $21 trial session (45 min)

CrossFit Teens (ages 12–16): $23 trial session (1 hour)

If they love it (and they usually do) you choose the membership that fits your family. Weekly options with 1, 2, 3 or unlimited classes. No lock in contracts. Just 2 weeks’ notice if you ever need to pause or leave.
