• Contact details: your name, email address and phone number when you submit a form, book a No Sweat Intro, book a drop-in class, or join a membership.
• Health & training information: goals, training history and any relevant health conditions you share with us so we can coach you safely.
• Payment details: processed securely by our membership and billing providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Website data: standard analytics such as pages visited and device type, collected via cookies or similar technologies.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, schedule and manage bookings and memberships, coach you safely and effectively, process payments, and send you service messages about your training. With your consent, we may also send occasional news and offers. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the gym: our booking and membership platform (Fitbox), payment processors, and communication tools, and only for the purposes above, or where required by law.
